Diveagar Beach  
 
Diveagar a small village in Konkan is just 165 KM away from Pune and about 180 KM from Mumbai. Diveagar has a six kilometer long beach. The beach is very wide and clean. Another major attraction in Diveagar village is a temple of Lord Ganesh. It has an idol which is made of pure gold. This idol was discovered by Mrs Patil, a few decades back buried along with other treasure in a thick copper trunk in her beetel farm.

Diveagar is in the Raigad district of Maharashtra. Diveagar has numerous households offering accommodation for as low as Rs.800 per day. Murud Janjira Fort is about 30 KM from Divagar and Harihareshwar temple is about 20 KM. See the directions and location map for Divegar below
